TAKAFUL

Given the socio-cultural and religious environment of Mauritania, our company, convinced that Islamic finance will inevitably see a certain development in the years to come, has created an Islamic insurance fund 'TAKAFUL' based on the principles of CHARIAA and operating under the control of an advisory committee composed of Fouqahas and specialists in Islamic finance.
This fund has already supported our clients (Banks) for the insurance coverage of Murabahas granted to their customers in accordance with the principles of Islamic finance.
Our goal is to generalize this experience to all insurance products marketed by our company. The success of this experience will strongly contribute to the development of insurance in the local market and will overcome the negative perception of insurance as non-compliant with Islamic law.
